F. Miller Tinted Balm No. 2

An effortless, versatile, moisturizing balm that diffuses seamlessly into skin for a natural wash of color and revitalized flush. We took our much-loved nourishing Lip Balm and added sheer, buildable pigment for a subtle all-over tint that leaves lips, cheeks, and eyes radiant and glowing. A creamy, comforting formula with a hint of shine and Bulgarian Rose that leaves skin soft and hydrated without clogging or greasiness.

TINT NO. 2 is a vibrant tomato red with warm undertones of orange coral. Build multiple layers for a vivid stain or blend lightly for a natural peachy flush.
